New Collection, Peace & Love 2012

It's been a crazy last couple of weeks. We just finished shooting our new collection Peace & Love and the images look incredible. Still having them touched up but in the mean time I thought I would give you a hint of what's to come. Born in the 80's but rocked things up in the 90's my heart still feels fondly for stained round sunglasses, platformed sneakers, anything denim and a great back back. Below are some awesome modern takes on 90's fads which have 'totally' inspired my new collection.

A taste of Paris

Paris is my most favourite city in the world. I need to live there. I envy their overindulgent lifestyle, effortlessly chic style and tres cool attitude. I’ve been so inspired by this city; energetically, emotionally and creatively. I can’t wait to get designing.

I was in Europe for a total of 6 weeks, travelling lightly with a small carry on suitcase and an even smaller back pack. I really didn't have the space to shop so all temptations which included Barcelona, London & Amsterdam had to wait until I arrived in Paris. It was tough but certainly worth it. My purchases were definitely on the safe side but how can one resist Louis Vuitton in Paris. il est impossible.

Below is the damage I caused all in one day.... in the rain!

Surviving the United Kingdom

When I met up with my friend in London I didn’t realise it would involve sleep deprivation for following 10 days. I had the most amazing time in the UK, from walking past Brad Pitt in Harrods, watching the Graham Norton show live in London, Wicked for 19 pounds, punting in Cambridge, High Tea in York, visiting the Harry Potter Castle in Alnwick and searching for my beloved Paolo Nutini in Edinburgh. Did I mention I walked past Brad Pitt in Harrods! Simply Amazing.

Charmed by Spain

My visit to Spain included three cities; Seville, Granada and Barcelona. I was instantly charmed by the maze like streets of Seville, the captivating and ever so inspiring beauty of Alhambra in Granada and the art filled energy of Barcelona.

Ireland, escaping the chaos

I have been lucky enough to have travelled so much of the world, from the Angkor Wat in Cambodia to Salt Deserts of Bolivia but having seen so much, visiting the incredible natural sites of Ireland reminded me of how much more there is to explore. I don't think I have been to a country where the people are so welcoming, the cakes are so spongy and the natural sites are so overwhelming. I’ve fallen deepy in love with Ireland.
